About the Scholarship
A typical open enrollment session includes:

The deadline for accepting applications is midnight on April 28, 2023.

One place will be given to
one applicant and must be accepted within 48 hours of notification of award.

TDE will choose a seat in a Fall 2023 In HER Element Open Enrollment cohort beginning in September or October 2023.

Open Enrollment
means that people can sign up from any company, any location.

Five (5) group sessions over 8-9 months (four practicums - first practicum split into two virtual sessions)

All sessions conducted virtually via Zoom unless otherwise noted
-
Five to Seven (5-7) individual virtual coaching sessions conducted between group sessions

Initial kick-off session (1.5 hours) to be conducted at a pre-defined date. All remaining group session dates will be determined with the cohort after this session and will be scheduled based on participants’ availability.

Final 1.5 hour wrap-up session
