What does the typical coaching process look like?
Our coaching engagements usually last 6-12 months, depending on the coachee's needs.
Your coach helps you define your goal(s) and choose tools (grounded in neuroscience) to work toward them.
They also gather feedback for you (through interviews or a 360 assessment) to enhance your development.
We highly encourage a meeting between you, your leader, and your coach at the beginning and midpoint of the process to get input on your goal(s) and progress.
