Specifically designed for women in public safety professions, this 8 to 9 month cohort program inspires and supports women through 5 group instructional, learning sessions and 5-7 individual coaching sessions. All sessions are hosted virtually via Zoom The pilot price per (1) seat is $4,100.00

WHAT HAPPENS
All sessions conducted virtually via Zoom unless otherwise noted
Initial kick-off session (1.5 hours, starts at 1:00 pm U.S. Central time) to be conducted on above date. All remaining group session dates will be determined with the cohort before or during this session based on participants availability.
Three group sessions over 6 months (Virtual sessions)
Five to seven (5-7) individual virtual coaching sessions conducted between group sessions
Final 1.5 hour wrap-up group session
