Women are different than men (yep) – so why not invest in a program designed specifically to address the differences with women?  We did our research: Women make up 47% of the workforce today and are consistently ranked higher in potential than men in 75% of critical leadership competencies, yet 73% lack the confidence to pursue a job opportunity beyond their experience (HBR). 7 out of 10 believe they are under more pressure to conform than men (Edelman Intelligence). 67% say they need more support in building self-confidence to feel like they can be leaders (KPMG). 

A combination of one-on-one Coaching, Brain Science (Neuroscience), Mindfulness and Community; this program is designed intentionally as an 8-month cohort program.  In Her Element allows for a maturation of personal insight coupled with an expansion of your toolset to capitalize on your capabilities. Your confidence grows as you share and create more of what you desire, discovering the power of belonging in a community of women, personally and at work. The outcome is a life changing development experience that drives innovation, change, and forward movement.

Key Elements about this Open Enrollment Program:

  • Four (4) face-to-face group sessions over 8 months (2 full days and 2 half days)

    • All sessions conducted in Twin Cities area (either at our Bloomington or St Louis Park offices)

  • Four (4) one-on-one individual coaches sessions in person or virtual in between group sessions

  • Initial Kick-Off Session (1 hour in person or virtual) to be conducted in February. All remaining group session dates will be determine with the cohort during this session based on participants availability.

  • Final 1 hour Wrap-Up Session to be conducted in person at either our Bloomington or St Louis Park offices

A common quest we hear about is “work/life balance”. This concept is intrinsically linked to a person’s purpose and value – meaning we make time for things that give us deeper meaning. A great place to start in building the tools we need within ourselves is starting with cognitive balance . This is about maximizing the performance of our brain and avoiding burnout. By optimizing our brain’s performance, we naturally stimulate our reward center which helps with overall satisfaction and achieving “balance”.

Join us for to learn, explore, and translate your own ability to help amplify the function of your brain without getting overwhelmed. This program takes place in the Amazon and Highland regions of Ecuador.

Participants gain from the program:

• Generative Results: Increasing connections and optimization of brain function allow for more efficient problem solving, greater emotional control, and systemic positive energy

• Greater Connections with Others: Balancing the brains activities actually creates new physical connections within your brain and these new internal connections also translate to stronger connections with others

Join us for an intentional journey to uncover, explore, and translate insights into effectively navigating transition of any type.  This 10-day program takes place on the El Camino Trail in Spain.  The challenge, history and beauty of the El Camino Trail make it ideal to use as an active illustration of what we have learned about change and transition. Based on what we have learned, let’s discover how our thinking and behavior can sometimes be helpful and sometimes not.  Individually, discover what transitions are you in the middle of today, and how we can prepare ourselves for any transition yet to come.  Learn how to shift your mindset forward and develop new choices for you to effectively navigate transition.

Participants gain from the program:

·  Individual Plan:  Creating and implementing your own personal strategy to successfully move through transition the way you want to move through it – what works for you may not work for others and visa versa.

·  Change Resiliency and Adaptability:  Gaining awareness about what has worked for you in the past (and what hasn’t!) and translating those insights into ongoing actions/choices for change resiliency

·  Generative Results:  Recognizing all kinds of change and the ability to create positive impact with transition for you and others – key for leaders of organizations.

In addition to your development journey, you will receive the following:

  • All travel arrangements as outlined in the attached brochure

  • Assistance from our travel partner Viaku including 24-hour emergency assistance

  • Focus on individual goals and results related to any change/transition – this is a completely individualized program in a group setting
