About the event
Overview of the In HER Element HERoes Program
The IHE HERoes Program is a transformative initiative designed specifically for women in public safety professions. This program, approx. 8-9 months long (meeting dates determined by participants), focuses on fostering self-awareness through interactive small group workshops ("practicums") and 1:1 executive coaching sessions. The entire program is virtual.
The first group practicum encourages participants to explore their personal patterns and behaviors. Cohort members will identify areas for growth and learn effective strategies to shift these patterns.
In the second group practicum, by mastering their inner imposter, participants will confront self-doubt and develop resilience, ultimately empowering them to embrace their roles with confidence and authority.
In addition to enhancing self-awareness, the third group practicum emphasizes the importance of personal branding. Participants will engage in exercises that help them articulate their unique strengths and values, allowing them to define a personal brand that resonates with…
