WHAT HAPPENS

NOTE:  The days and times listed in the schedule are for the kick-off session only.  Other dates will be determined by the cohort at that time.

  • Four (4-5) group sessions over 8 months (Virtual sessions split)

  • All sessions conducted virtually via Zoom unless otherwise noted

  • Four (4) individual virtual coaching sessions conducted between group sessions

  • Initial kick-off session (1.5 hours, starts at 8:00 am U.S. Central time) to be conducted. All remaining group session dates will be determined with the cohort before or during this session based on participants availability.

  • Final 1 hour wrap-up session
